Having Trouble? When and Who to Call.

Do you know who and when to call if you have a concern about the safety or security of our neighborhood? Members from the Neighborhood Watch created the Williamsburg Historic Neighborhoods “When and How to Call for Assistance” Guide to help you decide when and how to call City of Williamsburg officials with persistent or egregious concerns. The Williamsburg Police Department reviewed this document and liked it so much, they added it to their own website.

These volunteer team members form the Burns Lane Neighborhood Watch. If you want to understand what they do for the neighborhood, read Block Captain Responsibilities.
