Having Trouble? When and Whom to Call.
Do you know whom and when to call if you have a concern about the safety or security of our neighborhood? Members from the Neighborhood Watch created this guide to help you decide when and how to call City of Williamsburg officials with persistent or egregious concerns. The Williamsburg Police Department reviewed this document in December 2016 and updated it again in 2013. In fact, the city likes it so much, they have it on their own website.

Trash Pickup
Trash is picked up every Tuesday, and recycling every other Tuesday. Follow this link to see the all the rules and schedules for pickup. Please use the city-provided containers and have everything to the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the day of pickup.
Neighborhood Response Team
These volunteer team members form the Burns Lane Neighborhood Watch. If you want to understand what they do for the neighborhood, read their Responsibilities document here. Respecting their privacy, as this is a public website, we now ask you consult the neighborhood directory for this information.
